   Second, the center seal bag making machine operation standard

   1、Pre-start preparation:

   Before starting the machine, the operator should first check whether the voltage of the middle seal bag making machine is normal or not, and whether there are sundries or things not related to production around the equipment. Carefully read the Production Task Notification Sheet and Process Sheet; packaging materials and auxiliary materials related to the order production should be received in accordance with the requirements of the Process Sheet.

   2、Production debugging:

   According to the requirements of the process order, the bag-making substrate is installed in the position of the feeding shaft with the hydraulic truck, start the pneumatic lifting device, place the substrate in the proper position, and check whether there are any product defects in the master roll.

   3、Correct threading:

   After threading, you can replace the heat sealing tool that meets the product requirements according to the process requirements. Turn on the power supply and cooling water of the host machine, and set the appropriate temperature of the corresponding heat sealing tool through the operation interface according to the process requirements. Set the discharge tension and air pressure and put it in automatic mode. Feed the material to the cut-off position required by the process order through the material counting button and adjust the sensitivity of the bag length tracking electric eye. If punching is required, adjust the position of punching round corner holes and tear holes. Through the man-machine interface, set the bag making size, bag making feed speed, finished product quantity prompting, sealing ratio according to the requirements of the process order.

   4、Start production:

   After the accurate work is completed, start the equipment to start bag making. For the first batch of the intermediate sealing bag making machine, the finished bag should be checked in detail for length error, heat sealing strength and inspection that may affect product quality. Put the qualified products into the finished product box, stick the certificate of conformity on the outside of the finished product box, and seal it into the warehouse with tape.
