Product Description
1.Functions and characteristics:
Function:
The equipment is suitable for three-side bag sealing, self-standing bag and bag opening and closing composite film bag making process, and can meet various production requirements of wide range of bag making specifications,high production efficiency and large batch size (maximum 2 rows to 3 pages of longitudinal sealing die).
Characteristics:
1.The whole machine is controlled by touch screen PLC control system, which has advanced structure, coordinated appearance, high manufacturing precision and stable performance of components, reaching the current domestic advanced level.
2.Touch screen PLC control is adopted in the control system, which can complete the automatic control of the main functions such as unwinding tension——edge position correction——feeding speed——auxiliary traction fixed
length compensation——main traction fixed length setting and tracking compensation——mold sealing temperature control——sealing and cutting speed and other auxiliary functions such as counting and batch counting.
3.The main traction fixed-length system and the auxiliary traction fixed-length system adopt four sets of servo motors and servo drivers, which are automatically controlled by PLC.
4.The unwinding device is matched with domestic magnetic powder brake,which is manufactured by automatic tension controller.
5.The main sealing and cutting motor use motor and precision planet reducer and the working program is controlled by PLC.
6.he transverse position is automatically positioned and detected by using TiSi photoelectric sensor, which is processed by PLC, and the required functions are reliably completed by the execution system.
7.Both the heating body and the sealing die are made of special aluminum-magnesium alloy materials, which have high strength, small deformation and high sealing quality.
8.The main cylinders of the whole machine adopt joint venture products.
9.The supporting electrical components of the products adopt international and domestic famous brand products.
