1.Functions and characteristics:
Function:
The equipment is applicable to the bag making process ofoctagonal sealing bag，octagonal sealing zipper bag and octagonal sealing belt easy to tear and buckle zipper bag.

1.The whole machine is controlled by touch screen PLC controlsystem，with advanced structure，coordinated appearance，highmanufacturing precision and stable performance of components,reaching the current domestic advanced level.
2.The control system adopts touch screen PLC control， which cancomplete the whole machine unwinding tension- edgedeviation correction - feeding speed - material storagetension - auxiliary traction fixed length compensation - maintraction fixed length setting and tracking compensation -mold sealing temperature control - sealing and cutting

3.The main traction length fixing system and auxiliary tractionlength fixing system adopt 4 sets of servo motors and servodrivers，which are automatically controlled by PLC.

5.The unwinding device is equipped with magnetic particle brake, which is made by automatic tension controller.

7.Automatic positioning and detection of transverse position,using TiSi photoelectricsensor , processed by PLC, and reliably completed by the execution system.
8.The heating body and sealing die are made of special aluminummagnesiumalloy materials , with high strength , smalldeformation and high sealing quality.
9.The main cylinders of the whole machine are joint enture products.
