Function

This equipment is suitable for three-side sealing bags, stand-up pouches, open and closed bags, composite film bag-making process, can adapt to a wide range of specifications for bag-making, high production efficiency, large batch (longitudinal sealing die up to 2 rows to 3 pages) of various production requirements.

Features

1. The whole machine is controlled by touch screen PLC control system, with advanced structure, coordinated appearance, high manufacturing precision and stable performance of components, reaching the current domestic advanced level.

2. The control system adopts touch screen PLC to control the unwinding tension of the whole machine - side position correction - feeding speed - storage material tension - auxiliary haul-off length compensation - auxiliary haul-off length compensation - auxiliary haul-off length compensation - auxiliary haul-off length compensation - auxiliary haul-off length compensation -Auxiliary haul-off length compensation - Main haul-off length setting and tracking compensation - Sealing mold temperature control - Sealing and cutting speed and other main functions. Automatic control of counting, batch counting and other auxiliary functions.

3. The main traction length setting and auxiliary traction length setting system adopts 5 sets of servo motors and servo drives, controlled by PLC.

4. The unwinding device is equipped with domestic magnetic powder brake, which is controlled by automatic tension controller.

5. The main sealing and cutting motor adopts servo motor and precision planetary reducer, and the working program is controlled by PLC.

6. The transverse position is detected automatically by adopting DIS photoelectric sensor, processed by PLC, and the required function is completed reliably by the executive system.

7. The heating body and sealing mold are made of aluminum-magnesium alloy material, with high strength, small deformation and high sealing quality.

8. The main cylinder of the whole machine adopts joint venture products.

9. The electrical components are made of international and domestic famous brand products.
